Great people all the way around. Very friendly and polite. the guy at the front desk answered all my questions about my windshield. The tech( Robert ID # 1845-168) was super good and his work was very pleasing. He answered all my questions with positive answers.. Overall 5 Stars for costumer service and repairs.. i recommend Safe lite for repairs and replacement of windows...

I scheduled my appointment for windshield replacement online. Upon arriving today at Safelite, I was promptly greeted at the front desk and introduced to Robert the technician who would be working on my vehicle. As a young woman, I dread car maintenance because people often try to overcharge you or take advantage of how little they think you know about cars. Robert was professional, kind, and very efficient. He answered all of my questions and got my Kia spiffed up and ready for the road again. The price was exactly correct as to the quote I was given online. I am so happy with my experience.

Service was Amazing!! Danny was very helpful and had my windshield installed pretty quickly. Havent had any issues. All the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and overall its a great place to go!

They came by about two weeks ago. I had a noon appointment but was happy the technician called me early in the morning to get it done faster. Im also happy that I didn't have to go anywhere to get my glass taken care of. Very convenient for me to be at home and get it fixed.

Recently repair needed for company vehicle. During scheduling everything was great and staff was helpful. However, the day of the appointment my repair was scheduled for 10pm, I dropped it off at 930 am and left. I was assured by the front desk attendant that the repair would take 1hr to an 1hr and 30 mins. I left the shop and returned an hour later to find the vehicle sitting in the bay with the original damaged window attached. While sitting in the lobby the employees where discussing everything excluding repairing windshields as the car sat. I wasn’t until I started looking as if “how much longer” I noticed several employees gathering around my vehicle. I approached the counter and was met with it should be another 20-30 mins. Not!, even close. I missed a work engagement due to the lack of effort to get this job complete. Between the dancing, singing, smoke breaks and who knows what else..one would think to get the job complete. They were slow and calling to get later appointments in early so they were not overworked. Secondly, all calls regarding customers should be handled in a back office so that sitting patrons can not hear the negative, condescending remarks they speak of us when we call in with issues or concerns. Wow, this was the Manager of all people...smh Cary, please remember the way a business presents itself determines whether or not we as customers return. I will not shop with them again.
