Terrible insurance company. Claim handlers are incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. Response time is much longer than it should be and on occasion, there's no response at all. I never heard back from my claim handler Courtney Hatch after calling her three times regarding receipt of my medical bills.

Worst insurance company. One of their customers PLOWED over my vehicle from behind and this adjuster and the supervisor are rude every week I've checked the status. They haven't even requested the police report to determine liability because their client is at fault. They are very rude. No matter how polite you are are to them they only respond with rudeness and impatience.
