I am pleased to endorse Amy DeLorenzo on the Strategic Insurance team for her excellent guidance and service. We contacted Amy recently to review options for our Automobile insurance coverage and she was able to help us increase our coverage limits, including the addition of umbrella coverage, with a strongly rated carrier for total premium rates comparable to what we were paying with another carrier for less coverage. Soon thereafter I was involved in a serious car accident and it was a great comfort to know we had sufficient coverage. The new insurer was extremely prompt and attentive to our claim. Thanks Amy! Moved to Florida with no idea as to local insurance intricacies. Chris Grasso and his team @ SIS patiently educated us, responded promptly to issues we raised and were remarkably attentive as we built out our insurance portfolio with multiple coverages. Our home closing was rescheduled four times because of Hurricane Irma, with Chris proactively and reassuringly guiding our coverages with each delay. Highly recommend Mr Grasso.
