I've been insured with this agency since I became a business owner. They are a full service independent insurance agency, family owned since 1977. They have a live person answering their phone during business hours.......almost unheard of today. I love this! They are unbeatable in commercial lines and the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. If my account rep is out when I call, there is no drop-off in assistance to offer me. Certificates, endorsements, quotes, etc, are no problem regardless who takes my call. Judy, Melissa, Brenda, Karen, Andy are among the professionals I have dealt. with, again TOP DRAWER QUALITY. I want to say "old fashioned service" but this is undoubtedly a state of the art business environment.

I wish I did not have to give them a star at all. Andy is very unprofessional and when we moved to another company he was almost threatening on the phone and said he would be calling everyday just because.

If you want 15 calls a day about health insurance be sure to contact them. I am not sure how I got on their list but I can tell you that they have no concern for your time or desires. Even when asked to be taken off the list, if you can get them to stop talking over you, they refuse to acknowledge that you are not interested in their product. You will have multiple opportunities to do this as there are at least 4-5 sales people calling multiple times a day.
