Poor customer service from a worker there. Always felt rushed and heard them talking poorly of other customers while I was waiting to be addressed. Recently the insurance company spiked their rates and I wasn’t informed nor told why the rates spiked. So I had to call the direct insurance company just to get a decent answer. After a year or so with Great Florida. I’m relieved to find a different company that my husband and I

The minute I walked in it instantly felt like family. The workers and staff are helpful and always recommend only the best policies to us andtheir customers! I recommend this to any family looking to Switch their insurance for better policies or to save a few bucks.
