I have had terrible experience with this company. In order to do anything with the policy, it must be done through the agent. I requested policy cancellation in May, and its now June and I am getting cancellation for non-payment. I called auto owners who said they could do nothing, and to follow up with the agent again, which I did. When that did not work, again, I called back. I was told to research the owner of the insurance agency, and then the auto owner agent hung up on me. Very unprofessional. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR INSURANCE. You are at the mercy of the agent who knows it, and auto owners could not care less. Certainly not worth the headache. No one had a problem cashing the check, but everyone shifts the blame somewhere else when we need ANY service. Shameful!
