The worst possible service ever, no one EVER is available /or returns your calls!

Nope. I would recommend continuing your search for another agency. Or if you do their 'challengmyrate' thing...just contact the company directly, not the agency. They're sloppy and too many hands touch things and that's how errors start. I've seen first hand employees of theirs bashing customers in casual emails back and forth. They're too focused on numbers and money and 'goals' than focusing on quality. Double check your applications. 99% of the time it'll most likely have simple errors (male vs female, sqft wrong, etc) and that can affect premium. QUALITY over QUANTITY is what you want and you do not get it here.
