By far the best brokerage ever! Explain what had happened during IRMA and how it ripped thru my house. They reviewed all the paperwork beforehand and even sent it in to my carrier prompting a quick response. Received a fair amount for the hurricane damage and was able to fix my home without any issues or hardships. God-bless such an honorable company!

Great insurance provider in the beautiful state of Florida! We always recommend them to insure our custom built houses. ICCF takes the time to explain exactly what the customer is getting and why they are getting it. 5 STAR AGENCY!

ICCF was recommended to me by a close friend and they blew me away by their willingness to help explain what kind of insurance I needed and why I needed it. I didn't exactly understand the differences in coverages and what and how much I was covered for. Great convo between me and my rep and I am super satisfied with my auto and motorcycle insurance. This agency gets a 2 thumbs up!

I would not recommend this insurance agency. My prior insurance agent's company (who did a great job!) was bought out by this company and they turned it into a call center type operation with terrible customer service (the agent has no personal relationship with the customer) and little imagination or help in solving difficult problems that can arise. Be warned. Stay away! Additional experience: This company has agents who are arrogant and incompetent. I don't know about personal insurance policies but if you are a company all I can say is I found a policy $3,000 less expensive with a higher rated company and features more tailored to my business. I used this company for quite a few years but decided to check around after rates kept increasing. I worked with one of their agents but he got upset at me because I had inquired with other insurance companies. The company I found on my own was not one he even knew about. Use them at your own risk.
