Farm Bureau Insurance

The secretary was a blessing to speak with, setting up a positive tone for the social interaction with the insurance agent. Ha ha. The agent who was working with me to get me a quote was very short and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. Hello...I'm calling to give YOU money. The person lacked any type of phone, or sales etiquette. I felt extremely uncomfortable because I could sense I was wasting the agents time. It was one of the most awkward conversations on the phone that I have ever had. Once we determined I could not be covered, I tried to get further information from the agent and he hung up the phone mid-sentence. I had hope when calling this insurance agency and now I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies. It's a shame.

Fantastic coverage, great agent and staff! Finally, an honest and dependable insurance company. Being apart of the local farm bureau is also a nice benefit. Wish I new about them years ago!

They gave me a different insurance rate from the original quote, based on the fact that my husband who is not insured by them has a claim 5 years ago. I asked them how many years you count claim for, they didn't answer me.

It's not as convenient as larger companies. But my monthly payment is 20$ cheaper. You can't change your due date on your bill. Just weigh your pros and cons
