LOL. i have been a customer for 10 years. The worst customer service process in the world. The employees are not the issue. First they provide no customer service number on invoices or web site?Oversight or incompetence? i asked to send invoice via email. Instead they only email when payment is past due. Well its past due because you never sent invoice. I Will switch dental policies. Feels like a govt agency

THE WORST COMPANY EVER IN HISTORY!! They canceled my Dental insurance in January 2017. I was on AUTOPAY. I paid $310.23 to get my coverage back so I didn't have to wait 1 year to file claims again, I set up my AUTOPAY again. They never took a payment and I was never reinstated!! 3 months later in Sept. 2017 I paid another $103.41 to get caught up and set up AUTOPAY again. I was good for 3 months and then they canceled me again in Dec. 2017. I called Jan. 2018; they said I called and cancelled. NO, that didn't happen. I made a payment on the phone and STILL have not been reinstated. I called today February 14th and FLIPPED OUT ON THE PHONE when the Cust. Rep. told me if I had paid on time my insurance would not have been cancelled. I FU@KING HATE THEM!

I love my dental plan and so does my dentist because she actually gets paid!

Worst insurance company I have ever been forced to deal with. Do not cover anything and their network of doctors are very sad.

This is crazy!! I've been transferred to 6 persons just to get an estimate for a dental plan, and never did!! Hope the CEO could read this, cause I'm pretty sure they're loosing money!! I'm a marketing specialist, and trust me, u have problems!!
