If i could give 0 stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE! Mapfre is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. They will do everything in their power to not pay your claim. Do yourself a favor and switch to another insurer. I have 2 business' and a company vehicle, it got broken into and about $3000 worth of products were stolen. Mapfre would not cover it and took more than 28days for their representative to even make contact with me. I have been with them for 5 years, 4 business policies etc. I Canceled all my policies and I will do everything in my power to deter any business from going to mapfre. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MAPFRE! BUYER BEWARE!!
