I highly recommend Avalon Arlington North! The front office staff are extremely helpful and always friendly - especially Chelsey and Rachel. Thami is an awesome maintenance manager. He is always happy to help out with any maintenance needs - responding quickly and with a smile. It really is a fantastic place to live!

Avalon Arlington north is a great apartment community. Beautiful amenities and homes for a great value. The maintenance team, especially Thami, do an incredible job of supporting the residents and making sure everything is in tip-top shape. Highly recommend!

It’s been a great experience living at Avalon Arlington North. Just finishing up my first year lease and renewing for another one. Can’t say enough good things about the leasing agent, Chelsey. She worked with me and helped settle on a great rent. Looking forward to this summer, grilling out in the courtyard and sitting by the pool.

This community is wonderful, especially maintenance and the office, the Maintenance Supervisor has help us transfer twice, making the transition so easy. The office is always polite and friendly. I have enjoyed living here the last 5 years.
