Huge RAVE to the team and Avis car rental off Yellowstone HWY!!! We had big issues with our pay now reservation and with our card company being dumb but they absolutely saved the day!!!!! They got our reservation squared away promptly and even gave us an upgrade!!! Huge thank you to that team and their help!!! I wouldn’t rent a car from anywhere else!!!! You guys are absolute amazing!!!! Customer service is outstanding!!!!

Feeling a bit frustrated. Delta Airlines changed my flight reservation on the Saturday my kids and I are flying in to Casper, and it happens to be the one day that the office closes early. My flight was originally supposed to arrive at 11:45 am, but for some reason the airline shifted all flights that day and now we arrive at 6:21 pm. There is no way for me to change my flight to get there any earlier because there are no flights arriving any earlier. I really wish I could change carriers, but I am already booked. I called the Avis office to explain my situation and ask if someone could possibly meet us there so I can still pick up a vehicle around 7pm. The young lady I spoke with said there's nothing that can be done except to go with another rental car company. I'm supposed to be driving 3 hours to see family after we arrive, and now I am scrambling to figure out another plan and go with another company. If there's flights coming in, and I already had the reservation, I guess I had hoped they would be a little more understanding and accommodating. I'd like to cry right now. Darn it Delta!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my multiple exchanges with all of the staff at avis. On multiple times they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family. I can only imagine in our fast paced world that this job can be very thankless and demanding. I will recommend this staff and avis to anyone.

Got what a rental car customer should get. Friendly service, a clean vehicle (upgraded at no extra cost) all at an affordable price. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
