Budget Car Rental

The confirmation email I received for my rental car gave me the address to return the car as the airport address. So I went to the airport to return my car and Budget was no where to be found. I called and they said they were a mile down the road, so the address they gave me was wrong which was frustrating since I had a flight to catch. Thankfully the shuttle was ready to go when we got there and he got us back to the airport quickly

I picked up my rental car this afternoon and immediately could tell this car had not been cleaned. The rings from a gps were on the windshield, there were food crumbs in the drink holders and on the seats. An empty V8 can was in the backseat floor board. The previous rental agreement was in the visor, sticking out. The car also had ashes all over the dash and didn't smell to pleasant when I turned the air on. My family and I are non-smokers, so this bothers me as well. The exterior of the car was filthy as well. I went back in and told the employee the car was dirty. She came out and collected the can and said it must have been stuck under the seat. Well if the car had been cleaned, the can would have been discovered being it wasn't under the seat when we got in the car. She did not seem to care the car was dirty. When you pay money to rent a car, I view it like renting a hotel room, you don't pay to have a dirty room. I am very disappointed with Budget and probably will not rent from them again.
