Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made a reservation at this location for pick up. I arrived 10 minutes early and nobody was there to assist. I ended up waiting an hour! I called the phone number provided at the counter 5 times and nobody ever answered or called back. Nobody ever showed up at the counter to assist me. I finally stepped aside to Hertz and they got me a rental car immediately. Horrible experience, I will NEVER reserve with Enterprise in Casper again.

Landed in Casper and went to pick up my rental car that i had reserved, and got confirmation email of reservation, to be told "Yes we have you on file but we don't have any cars"!!!!! There goes customer service and professional business!!! HORRIBLE!!

I reserved a car from hotwire for this location. A nice man from Enterprise called me to tell me that they were out of cars and that I needed to call hotwire and reserve though another company. Hotwire was able to get me another car reserved through National and that was that. Until Sunday morning when I came in to pick up my car and found out that Enterprise and National are the same fleet at this location. So there I was in Casper Wyoming on a Sunday with no car. The man at the counter just said that I was called and told to cancel and there was nothing he could do. Not one person ever mentioned to me about National being the same fleet. The people at Enterprise/National never called me back after making a second reservation. (Hey, red flag! This lady doesn't know how our fleets work, maybe we should call again and explain!) The people at hotwire had no clue either. There is some serious miscommunication problems all around. And not really anyone that cares enough to try to help you out. I stepped 3 steps to the right and talked to the ladies at Hertz. They got me a car and I was out the door in maybe 5 minutes with them. On my walk to my Hertz car, I also passed about 20-ish cars parked in the Enterprise/National spaces, as well. Long post, I'm sorry. Just trying to help the next person out.
