Hertz

Do not rent cars from Hertz. The send LARGE pre-authorizations through to your credit card for literally any amount they want. Then they send more when they cannot process a return in a timely manner plus they will then send the REAL charge through and hit your credit card. A two day rental ended up hitting my credit card for $1,147.40. OH when you call they say "Oh you will get back all the credits". Yes after 5 to 7 days. This is a rip off.

HORRIBLE. Nicole is the only employee at the embarassing excuse for a business with a brain between her ears. I would rather walk the country end to end than deal with the unprofessional, backhanded business practices of Hertz at Laramie Airport.

Organized a reservation directly with the Laramie location. Upon arrival the location was closed. Despite having a reservation and the local representatives agreeing to the pick up time outside of their normal hours, they failed me and no one showed up. They were unwilling to help me in any way and I went without a car or ride. I assume the location was trying to me some lofty reservation quota, and preferred to meet the number over delivery service to customers. Shame on whomever manages the personnel at this location.

This place is a joke. I booked a car online. Called to confirm they said we don't have this time of car. I isled what do you have? The answer was we have full size car. I said ok but you have to provide it with the same price economy car? They said no ! My manager didn't let me to do it. In a next 5 mins she said they don't have even this full size!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I have confirmation ! What if I didn't call and didn't ask to confirm my booking ?????? Thank you!!!!
