First and foremost I would like to say I bought my current truck at Spradley Ford next door and was treated amazing by the staff there, so I went to Spradley Toyota with high hopes of being treated the same; however I got the complete opposite. I went in looking to trade in my almost immaculate truck for a new one, but instead of getting information on my trade and on a new Tundra, I got the run around on financing, even after I told him I would be going through my bank. A different salesman came out and was amazing. He answered all of my questions, got the info on my trade and showed me their line of Tundras.
In order to get a price on my trade, we had to go down the street to the Hyundai dealership. Once there another man came out and immediately began to nitpick on my truck, saying there was hail damage, which there is none. My truck is garage kept and hasn’t seen hail since I bought it. Once I called him out on it he raised his voice with me and said his “fourteen years of experience” is what he is relying on, while crawling all over my truck to find the smallest of imperfections. Never have I been disrespected like that, not only in front of others, but by a person in sales, in my life.
After getting my truck looked at, I had to go back up the street to the Toyota dealership while they got the value on my truck.
Between the running up and down the street, being disrespected and given the run around on financing, I will not be back to Spradley Toyota. I’m a loyal Toyota fan, but will go with a different dealership in town or take my business to a Colorado Toyota dealer.
UPDATE: Since posting this, I checked my credit and I found out Spradley Ford ran my credit through another institution AFTER I had a loan from my bank when I bought my current truck. I am very displeased with Spradley as a whole now.
TL;DR: If you want to get lectured on why you should get financed with them and not through someone else, be berated and disrespected, and have your vehicle nitpicked, this is your place.

Another great experience purchasing a car from Spradley Barr Toyota. My wife got a certified used vehicle with bells and whistles for a nice price. Spradley made it fast and easy. That makes our third purchase firom them. We are very satisfied.

The people what work there are great, however, I am not a fan of what they charged me for maintenance. Parts are expensive already so I was very displeased that a $90 piece of rubber cost $60 to install and disabling the chime on my Tundra cost another $60! That is $120 I was charged for a total of 10 minutes of work! Safe to say I won't be going here for maintenance anymore. Again though, the staff is really nice and helpful.
Update: After talking with the Service Director who reached out to try and fix my problem he assured me that either the Service Manager or himself would get back to me with an answer as to why they charged me the outrageous price. It has been a couple months with no attempt to contact me. So much for giving them a second chance. Reduced to 1 star.

Talked to Ryan. He was very helpful and not pushy (which will make me hurry up and leave) We test drove a Tundra and I LOVED IT! Although I couldn't buy and drive that day, I will go back and buy with Ryan. Thank you Ryan.

Don't do it!!! They only care about your money and looks. My hot Wife gets treated good when she come here. When I go in I get treated like trash every time.
