Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I received good service until I turned my car in and it had been hit without my knowledge. I have bad luck apparently but I just wanted to warn people to get the insurance for getting hit coverage because they charge out the butt and refuse to wave taxes and fees. I should've never of had to pay more than my deductible. its not like this company is short on money with how big of a franchise they are. don't let them screw you over like I felt. get the insurance or rent with another company. seems completely ridiculous that I had to pay extra even though my deductible would've covered everything since the damages were only $460 and change and the taxes they made me pay were $19 and my deductible was $500. fair warning and I will share this. Had to rent a car in Oct 2017 due to hail damage. Customer service was great. Car had a little electronic issue with the wipers not working sporadically. When I told them about it they got it fixed.

So far a very efficient and very helpful experience. They could not of made things easier to get into Transportation.

Horrible customer service. Rented a car, explained where I was taking the car, charged extra without being informed for taking the car where I said I was going to take it, and wasn't even listed as the driver of the car.
