This company literally has the worst reputation for good reason. It’s a good resource to have if you don’t have health insurance, but that’s only if you can actually get them to work with you. The counselors are extremely inconsistent and don’t get reprimanded for canceling A LOT appointments in a row which causes difficulties in getting medication. If you can afford to go ANYWHERE else, do it. Unfortunately most of the people that use this facility don’t have any other option.

After speaking with the people in charge of the company many of my personal issues with the company were resolved. This particular location still has a little work left to do, but it is a great resource for anyone who has a hard time affording mental health care.

I like it. I have no insurance at the moment but I used to have really good insurance and Emory. But this place treats me good. I see them once a month. My pills are affordable. I couldnt do it without them.
