Marcia was great to work with. Really knows her stuff. Had a lot of patience with me when I was looking for a house, and I looked at a lot. And was great to work with when I sold the house. I had to leave town before it was complete so she kept up with everything and kept me informed. And the house sold quickly which was a definite bonus since I had to leave quickly for the new job.

My wife and I met Marcia about 15 years ago when she sold our home that we had listed with another realtor. We were impressed with her, and have used her to list and sell another home, and sell other property that we owned in the Cleveland area. She has always been helpful, and we would not hesitate to use her again.

We have already recommended Marcia Botts and Hannah for any realty needs! These ladies are top notch! I could not have been treated any better, and still after closing all we have to do is call if we have questions. They went out of the way to make things easier for us as first time buyers and got us in a wonderful house!
