Amos 5:11-12 You trample the poor, stealing their grain through taxes and unfair rent. Therefore, though you build beautiful stone houses, you will never live in them. Though you plant lush vineyards, you will never drink wine from them. 12 For I know the vast number of your sins and the depth of your rebellions. You oppress good people by taking bribes and deprive the poor of justice So Bender, even though you do what you do having your consciences seared with a hot iron your time will come.

All staff members are really rude. I payed application fees and went more than 3 time for new rental house. And they just give to someone else. This is really ridiculous .

Worst rental company in Cleveland. All staff are rude and very unprofessional and will lie to get their way

Recently my wife and I purchased a home. I worked on the purchasing end with my life time friend Dale Clark from Bender. He was totally excellent in all that he did for me. He stayed on top of things and kept us informed with everything that was going on (this house had some legal issues attached to it). His follow up has been excellent as well. Dale treated this transaction as if it was his own house. For this we will be forever grateful
