Excellent Residential Property Managers. I owned one of the most challenging small (8-unit) buildings in East Knoxville. Christina and TREF helped me correct years of previous bad management and get quality tenants occupying units and paying rents consistently. I would highly recommend them over the previous two managers I used who said they could handle the property. Being from a military background I am very thorough with books and accounting. Christina professionally deals with my sometimes admittedly overbearing and meticulous nature. She helped me turn this property around and see at a nice profit at its sale. I continue to use them for other multifamily units in East Knoxville.

I have my 3 rentals with them. Nothing but impressed. Christina has found me great tenants quickly. Their pricing is cheaper than others I checked and they do more! I highly recommend you let them handle your property management needs.
