Working with Will was a great experience. He prioritized our needs when we came into town to search for a house. We could tell he cared about us and wanted to find the right place for us. He drove several hours to show us houses out of town. When we did get an accepted offer, Will made the process smooth and easy for us. We would recommend buying a house with Will.

We thoroughly appreciated Will Enochs as our realtor. He took the time to make us a priority, was mindful of our situation and was always considerate. His local knowledge of the area was very helpful as well.

Unprofessional, uncaring realty staff. Will not put clients best interests before their commission. Think they are entitled to a commission even with absolutely no work put forth by the realty agent. Don't waste your time with this company, find a different real estate agency that is professional and compassionate about their work!

Brenda England is one of the excellent real-estate agents First Realty has got. Very intelligent, informative, and supportive. She took care of everything and made my home buying process a wonderful experience. My advice is to talk to her first, before meeting with other agents, you won’t be disappointed and won’t be going to other agents.

Anita Farley was by far the worst dishonest realtor/broker my family who was interested in property around Cookeville have ever met. She’s an eccentric older woman but one gets the feeling she’ll sell her mother’s kidney to make any unorthodox deal. Don’t recommend her to anyone and she doesn’t have the client’s best interest in mind if she can make a buck. Found a much more professional person who is working diligently with my family members budget to buy an affordable place. Besides Mrs. Farley looks like she needs to dress in business attire than she is planning to go to flea market for apparel. She’s also too outspoken politically which is none of her business. Don’t use her for any legitimate dealings.

Home buying can be a nightmare but our experience with First Realty has been wonderful! Kelly Davis our representing agent has made this process easier than I could have imagined. Kelly is knowledgeable, efficient, and so very personable. She has been a delight to work with and a true blessing!

We have a family home listed with her. At first she seemed eager to market the home, but then became difficult to reach by phone. My husband and I have left multiple messages for weeks and have not been able to reach her or anyone else at the agency.

C. Dalton, supposedly was my agent, kept promising to get back and give more information on some properties so I could eliminate most and due diligence on favorites. Was told by supervisor that agent wasn't going to help because he didn't think I was going to get any financing, although USDA pre qualified for 72k.

These people are great people and if you need anything they will help you with that.. I'm going to see them tomorrow afternoon .. They are great people...
