Initially Mark Hall seemed very helpful when we were looking at properties that he was selling. However we wound up buying a piece of land that he was not selling and that is when the friendliness and eagerness to help got ugly. I called Mr. Hall about possibly getting his builder to look at building my house. Mr. Hall refused to offer me any help at that time because I did not purchase directly from him. My advise to anyone considering using this realty and/or specifically with Mark Hall...Beware! If he is this flighty with someone who did not buy from him imagine how he might be if you worked with him and then changed your mind or decided to go with some other builder. Overall my experience with this guy just irked me. If he cannot be nice as pie ALL THE TIME then perhaps he should try pumping gas for a living because frankly he sucks when it comes to being friendly, cordial and helpful. Granted I did not buy land from him but I was asking to let him build my house.....is he that stupid to pass up the kind of profit he could make with me or did he just want to not help me because he didn't get his sale from me??? i guarantee anyone who asks me about realtors in this area will be definitely told not to use Tennessee Realty and I will gladly tell them why as well.

I would call Tennessee Realty if I wanted helpful, courteous and knowledgeable agents. I have had nothing but a great experience with JoAnn and Mark.

I have looked at property and land with Mark Hall from Tennessee Reality.Though I have not purchased yet,I may in the near future and would highly recommend Tennessee Reality. As a realtor, Mark Hall is kind,considerate,and will work with you and your finances.
