We were greeted immediately by the nicest, happiest sales girls. We asked to have our wedding rings cleaned and buffed out. They were so great and said of course! We ere celebrating 15 years next week. My husband proposed to me at Baileys in Cameron Village I'm 2002. We feel like family. I love my rings from Baileys! Gorgeous!

My fiancé and I loved our experience with Bailey’s! Lisa helped us and was extremely accommodating to our interests and price range. There was zero pressure to buy from them as it didn’t feel like their #1 priority was to make a sale. They were more interested in helping us find the perfect ring. We loved the transparency of prices clearly displayed and ended up finding exactly what we wanted within our price range. Max helped me find the perfect ring. Before going to Bailey’s, I was a little intimidated by the whole process. Max taught me every thing I needed to know and made the entire process incredibly easy. She is courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. If you want the perfect ring, ask for Max!!!

We had an amazing experience shopping for wedding bands. Maxine was great! She took her time showing us different options, and I really appreciate her getting me a silicone band for work as well. She was the best!

Since the beginning, everyone was very kind. The customer service representative did her best to assist us quickly. She gave us reasonable prices for the services we requested. Both, the jeweler and the CSR did a good job, they were efficient and effective. It’s a nice facility with Beautiful pieces of jewelry
