Shopping at Schiffman’s is a lovely experience. I look forward to visiting the S. Elm Street store whenever I’m looking for a beautiful gift or that special piece of jewelry. I always enjoy working with Rachel Cohen and find her recommendations extremely helpful. She always focuses on me and my search for the perfect item. The Estate Jewelry selection is very large and she frequently tells me about items at other Schiffman locations. Rachel is very knowledgeable, gracious and caring - I wouldn’t shop with anyone else.

I came in today, needing only a simple adjustment on a watch that I received as a gift. Despite not purchasing the watch at this store, Rachel & Keith both gave us the best service and took care of my needs, quickly & effectively. This store has recently been remodeled to add value to our emerging downtown environment. I will definitely consider them when making purchases in the future!!

Downtown location is like taking a step back in time to a place where shopping is a social experience. Staff knowledgeable and engaging, but not high pressure.

Historical ! An absolute Greensboro Treasure ! The people and the service at Schiffmans are world class ! Their jewelry is just stunning , I mean truly jaw dropping ! Now that I have discovered this fabulous institution , where they go above and beyond their duties , I really can't and won't go anywhere else !

My engagement ring is from here and I purchased a super nice watch for my fiance' here as well. Great customer service and timely sizing.
