Disappointed. Took my ring to get sized. Paid them twice for sizing. Felt the same after the 2nd time. Had the size checked and no different than when I dropped it off! I recommend having them show you what they size it to at pickup. Expected better service. Still need my ring sized but will not go here again.

Lovely experience with all involved. Would recommend and definitely go there again. Also, my repairs were taken care of as if the jewelry were costly rather than just sentimental! Thank you!!!

My father and I have been shopping at Long Jewelers for a couple decades now. Great Customer service, great products. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from them, as well as several necklaces and bracelets. They also have a keep nice selection of estate jewelry that is very affordable. I can't say enough good things about them. FYI, they do not offer In-House financing.
