My husband and I really enjoy shopping at Windsor Jewelers. Our primary sales person is Judy. She knows all of our preferences and is extremely knowledgeable about the brands we prefer. Every person at Windsor works to meet our needs, make us comfortable during our shopping experience and keep us notified of special events or items we would find interesting. We began purchasing our jewelry at Windsor when we moved to Winston in 2006. They were the jewelers who cared most about serving our needs and remembering our preferences. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a quality experience when purchasing fine jewelry.

My fiance and I had an fabulous experience working with Cortney at Windsor to design an engagement ring. The difference, compared to some of the big name jewelers, is immediately felt when walking in. We were met with a warm greeting, and treated with a friendly respect and trust that we did not find anywhere else. We were worried that this would mean the prices would be exorbitant, but after comparing to some online providers, we learned that their pricing is reasonable and competitive. When considered with the quality of the customer service, it is an unbelievable value. We chose to design our own ring, working with Cortney, and Heath, the custom jeweler at Windsor. They were very patient while we figured out how to get the ring we wanted and were very knowledgeable in understanding how to get a ring that would be both beautiful, but still secure. We had to do a lot of remote communication, since I live in the triangle area of NC and my fiance lives abroad. They were clear with communication, and prompt with responses. Cortney took the time to record videos of options for us, voicing over with a description to help us make decisions from afar. For the instances in which we were able to come into the location, they were professional and attentive. Cortney even went the extra mile, and was able to work with us to help us arrange a lovely surprise for my fiance. She helped us figure out how to finish payments, arrange a pickup and keep everything a secret so that I could surprise him by arriving on a trip wearing the ring we designed together. I cannot recommend Windsor Jewelers enough. I'm incredibly grateful for everything Cortney, Heath, and the rest of the team at Windsor have done for us.

As a watch enthusiast, I can think of no better place in the area to purchase a watch than Windsor in Winston-Salem. The selection is top notch and the staff is experienced and well-versed in both the trends and traditions of the watch industry. Kevin, in particular, is as knowledgeable as they come and he always takes the time to make sure you understand the nuances of the watches in which you are interested. But, he is not alone - the entire staff is willing and able to make the experience as pleasurable as it should be. I couldn't recommend a retailer, ANY retailer, regardless of what they sell, more.

I love my Dog Fever ring and bracelets that I got from Windsor Jewelers. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful and professional. Kevin also assisted me with the purchase of a Hamilton watch for my husband. My husband and I are both very satisfied with our jewelry and the level of care and service we received. Windsor Jewelers has proven to be an outstanding choice and their customer service is second to none. Windsor Jewelers will be our go to store for future jewelry and timepiece purchases. Recently my husband and I visited Windsor Jewelers seeking a new ring setting for a keepsake diamond. The staff worked long and hard trying to locate a ready-made, three-stone setting that could accommodate our diamond and two, beautifully-matched new rubies that Windsor found for us. Because the diamond was small, there was not a commercial mounting that suited, so Windsor's fine craftsmen made one specific to our needs. The resulting ring is simply gorgeous--classic but unique--and we are absolutely delighted! Everyone who helped us was highly trained, most pleasant, and so careful to keep us informed every step of the way. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end, and we enthusiastically recommend Windsor Jewelers: in a class by itself.
