My husband and I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Schiffman’s and Vicki - including the most beautiful engagement ring ever designed! From the very first encounter, Vicki has been professional and knowledgeable in every way. She always takes the extra step to make sure we are happy. When we were shopping for the engagement ring, she shipped several diamonds in for us to look at. When we didn’t see anything we loved, she brought more in, ensuring the ring was (and is) perfect in every way. She made the experience not only special, but fun. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the best and Schiffman’s selection, as well as service, is just outstanding.

After my first visit to Schiffman’s, I have never gone to another jeweler. I was greeted by Benjamin as soon as I walked in the door, and he was more than happy to show me every piece of David Yurman they had. He even called me when a custom sized ring came in, because he knew I’d love it. When looking for engagement rings, they were my only stop. I recently moved out of the area, but I would still buy my jewelry through them. I know I will get amazing customer service, and the most beautiful jewelry possible. I highly recommend shopping there.

I had been looking for a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend for several weeks when I entered Schiffman’s and was greeted be Millie, immediately her main concern was about me and what I wanted from the gift and what she could do to help find the perfect one. As I explained the items she began pulling out every possible variation of the item. Her main purpose was for me to have an amazing experience and find what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend if you come into Schiffman’s to ask for Millie you will be taken care of to the fullest.

Beautiful job restoring and resizing rings that belonged to my husband's mother and grandmother. We went to Schiffman's because they are local, not a national chain and have a great reputation. We were treated like we spent a million bucks. We greatly appreciated the friendly attentiveness of their staff.

Bow tie Ben, at Schiffman’s is the quintessential customer service superstar. He discovers and remembers underlying interests. Not only does he provide what you ask for, but he clarifies and refines requests. His sense of style, which I trust and display continues to have a positive impact in my professional and personal life. The Schiffman’s staff always greets me with a warm welcome. And yes, Ben would be a relation. 🙂
