First, I can say their jewelry and craftsmanship is amazing. Second, If you are looking for customer service there is none. After my purchase I was not given a box or a thank you please come back again. The manager is nice if you are lucky to be helped by her. The sales lady that helped us was a very peculiar person that should not be in a sales position. The jewelry sold itself. To sum it up, if you can do without customer service and want beautiful jewelry and craftsmanship this is the place. No nice salesperson, no thank you or box included. 😉

Mark melted my old ring and made me a new wedding ring. He took the diamond from the old ring and made a fantastic necklace for my wife. Great service, great price. Will come back for any jewelry needs.

This is a great place for jewelry and service. Mark and the staff are honest, straightforward, and very helpful. They have great quality items, unique stuff, and are very helpful. I would highly recommend them over a chain store. Only disadvantage is the hours of operation, but it is really worth rearranging your day to deal with someone that is honest and not pushy when making a big purchase.

I have frequented Mark Andrews for several years and I’m always happy with the service and selection. I’ve purchased gifts for others and items for myself and even had pieces designed- they were all perfect. Mark and staff care about your experience even after the sale; I’ve brought pieces in for repair expecting a hassle because of experiences at other places and it’s always a breeze with Mark!
A word of advice- when you go in try and make sure Mark or the manager (young lady with dark hair, I think Michelle) helps you. There’s a new employee and it’s exhausting to work with her. I feel like I’m asking the same questions over and over and that the answers I’m getting are incorrect. She’s then goes to ask the others questions, so why not cut out the middle (wo)man? I’ve never felt this way about employees that have worked here in the past, but she just isn’t the same caliber of jewelry professional that Mark usually has on staff.
