Dan and his entire staff are absolutely amazing to work with! Not only do they offer new styles but they also repaired our ring after the ring went 1-on-1 with a garbage disposal. Dan was able to show us settings that most resembled our first setting, and the ring came back looking better than new! We were looking for a custom ring to go with existing ruby wedding band. The professionals at Ellis guided us through options until the perfect setting was found. Then they showed us an array of loose diamonds in different sizes and cuts. The service was impeccable and stayed within our budget. We could not ask for a better experience! Dan and his team, especially Elaina, were wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. Our son, who is serving with the United States Marine Corps in Iraq was looking to get an engagement ring to propose to his girlfriend in the near future. He was very specific on its design and needed it custom made. They were patient and eager to help us in any way possible. We needed educated about diamonds and ring design and they accommodated us through multiple revisions even going as far as having a copy of the ring made in silver so we could see it first hand before the real ring was made. They got on Skype with us and our son to really understand what he wanted. Their pricing was fair and their service and dedication to make our sons proposal one of a kind was inspiring. The level of service and dedication to our needs is something that is nearly impossible to find in the retail landscape today. Ellis Jewelers is the only jewelry store we will use from now on. The quality of the custom piece they made was beautiful and flawless. Their craftsmanship is second to none. Plus, the price was very affordable. What was most impressive was the service. The service we received was outstanding. Kory and Dan made us feel like we were special. We will definitely go back for our future jewelry purchases.
