This place is top notch! They know what they are doing and only produce quality rings and fine jewelry. After searching for months for the perfect yellow diamond ring I have been dreaming of since I first laid eyes on one, I stumbled into the store and asked if they had any yellow diamonds that I could view (side note: most diamond stores don't have yellow diamonds on display). Yuhan smiled and said of course we do. After that I was sold! He took the time to get to know my fiance and me and on top of showing us the best customer service, he found me a PERFECT yellow diamond and made me the most beautiful engagement ring I could ever ask for :) Believe me I'm not an easy one to impress and he some how he found a way to do it. Give these guys a shot! You will not be disappointed!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Simon and Ballantyne Jewelers, I had to share it. In the beginning, I ended up visiting 10 different stores. I even called several wholesale dealers that were located out of state. From the start, Simon treated me incredibly well. He sat down with me for hours and taught me all the important characteristics to consider when selecting a diamond. This unmatched customer service was before he knew whether I was going to spend $2,000 or $10,000. My fiance purchased our engagement ring here and we have been blown away at the efforts the staff have made to make us feel like valued customers. They made efforts to get to know my fiance as he chose my ring and they remember my fiance's name each time we come in. They even remembered a request that we made a month ago when we walked in today without even having to bring it up. We are excited to purchase our wedding bands here and trust them with our business!
