Brownlee Jewelers

Went in with a somewhat unusual question, but the jeweler had zero interest in helping and offered no insight as to where to find such help. In fact, he was almost annoyed I came in and was pretty rude.

Very nice service. I've used them for watch repairs a few times, prices are fair. They also have a watch maker on staff. I brought a watch in to have the band resized and they didn't charge me a fee. I will recommend them for watch repairs.

I walked into Brownlee Jewelers Stonecrest location to replace my watch battery. The people there were very friendly. Valerie Altman helped me with my battery. She was very helpful and attentive. To the point where I ended up purchasing my second Michael Kors watch. I was very pleased. I look forward doing business with Valerie and Brownlee Jewelers again in the near future. Best believe I will recommend Brownlee Jewelers to all my friends.

Brownlee Jewelers, I had to take a moment to tell you why I come into your store. Your manager Valerie Altman at the Rea Road store is awesome. She in never too busy to find something that my wife does not have. .. yet Thank you for her service
