l walked and 15 minutes before closing time to get an appraisal on some gold and They tell me I would have to come back the Next day. Then asked to look at a necklace and told me I would have to come back the next day as well even though the closing time is 7 o'clock. Other than that they have great service just try to get there early.

This place is amazing... It is nice to be greeted with a smile and by helpful and knowledgeable sales professionals... This place continually makes an impression when we visit... From my heart this place has to be visited if you are even just tginking about jewelry jems watches rings... Anything... They will custom you a ring or anything... Very unique and desireable peices.... Amazing prices... More then your monies worth and Harold tge owner is such a gentelman he personally wrapped a gift i got my wife one time... Great family ... The ROC Doc is always professional and kind to me every time I stop by. I only buy and get jewelery fixed from him. Period.

Best jeweler in Charlotte! They have incredible customer service, great pricing, and beautiful jewelry. They take care of their clients and treat them like people and not just a sale. I visited Diamonds Direct and felt like I was just another sale they were trying to close. Thankfully I decided on Brownlee and couldn't be happier!

Service was mediocre at best. Didn't seem like their employees moved around with any sort of urgency.
