Blown away by how rude Bruce was. Called a month ago and robin quoted me $500 for approx 39 grams of 14k when melt price was much lower than today. Bruce said $300 and wouldn’t give me any explanation - repeated “that’s what I’ll give today” over and over. Huh? Melt value is $900 but regardless, why was i offered $200 more via phone from Hayes when gold value was much lower? Even if he didn’t want to answer, he could at least have treated me decently. Honestly have never been treated so poorly. My family always went to Hayes - used to be a good experience. I’m glad my mom overheard him - we won’t be customers any longer.
