I purchased a tritoon from Bill back in March of this year, went to the dealership and picked out all the boat colors, seats, boat cover. I picked out alot of black and so I ordered a black boat cover to match the boat. The boat was delivered to me on May 23 of this year but they sent the wrong tritoon boat cover, sent a tan instead of black to match the boat. I have called numerous times and each time I am told its on its way or will come in with the next shipment of boats. About 6 weeks ago i called Bill again and he once again said it would be on the next shipment, same old story, still no boat cover. I bet I called 20 times trying to get what i paid for, but it the boat cover never arrived. Last week I called Bill again asking him to call me so we could get this resolved, he never responded once again. He hasnt returned a phone call since early November and I dont expect to hear from him at this point. If your going to buy a boat or a pontoon I would not recommend buying from Bill, go to a dealership that will give you what you ordered and paid for and not string you along. Bill is a nice man but that is all i can say good about the dealership, he does not follow thru with what he promises.
