Dukes Creek Marina

Do not be scared away by some of the reviews here. The truth is that most are from one group of over 40 people who overindulged and purposely damaged at least one boat if not more. I'm glad I realized that and rented a pontoon boat from this business. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They made the experience very pleasant and easy. The boat we were rented was in great shape and only a year old. I highly recommend these folks.

I had to get a boat towed from Lake Anna to the North and these people are AWESOME. They worked with me even with a trailer that was having some issues and they got if figured out and delivered the boat on time and with no problems. They are great at communicating exactly what is happening at each step. I only wish I was able to use them again, but I won't be back to the lake for some time!

"Stephanie" needs to learn how to deal with people. We tried to get a pontoon boat a day early because of the weather; asked her a simple question, and got an answer about how she cant predict weather and is not god; so therefore she cant change reservations . It was a waste of a conversation and at the end we wished we would have rented elsewhere. Do not give this place your money unless you just want to drop in and get a boat without talking to anyone. Very very disappointed, and I deal with people every day. Work on customer service guys; seriously. Watch their response and see the others below...what a terrible place.... "It is a shame individuals damage our boats and then refuse to pay. Boating and drinking don't go well together" First of all I do not drink anymore. Second, work on customer service, I think I've said that twice. Please read this and avoid a day in your life from being wasted. Next time I fill a person's prescription and they have an issue, I'll tell them "I might be a pharmacist, but I'm not god. I cant predict how you will feel when you take that drug". However, there are studies that show and have supportive evidence on every drug out there that is FDA approved. (Wow look at rambling... ) DO NOT RENT HERE!

The family had a great day on the water! Very reasonable prices for pontoon boat rentals. Staff was very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Nice shop inside for all your little nic nac needs. Will be coming back for a rental on Labor Day! Thanks Dukes Creek Marina!

Great Rental Place - Great Day at the Lake! Our launched was scheduled for 830. We arrived 15 minutes early to check-in. Everyone inside the office and the crew outside were friendly nice and helpful. We arrived just after 4pm to turn the boat in at 4:30. The boat was a 2016 and in great condition. I know the boats must be used a lot and people can be dirty and not clean up after themselves; so was impressed how good of condition it was in. It was a great day on the lake start to finish. We listened to all of the advice and rules, followed them and had no issues. We will be back! Thank you Duke Marina and Thank you Collin for making the day great.
