I would highly tell you to never take anything they are to be worked on. They worked on my boat last year was steering issue and did not hook up the gearshift able correctly and then I had to get a new lower unit because of their mistakes and they blamed it on thinking I hit something which I did not. Then I was having starter noises and took it to another shop and the starter bolts cable were never tightened up after they put it back on the motor. Stay away or B where of the damages they will calls to your boat for future repair work they think they may get from you. I believe they are crooks

I recently bought a used boat from Rappa Boats. I lived 2.5 hours away and had to make sure that the boat met my requirements prior to driving down there. Most boat salesmen would have given me a few details and told me to come see for myself. But the owner, Chris, went over the boat with a fine tooth comb telling me every minor scratch or issue. We even negotiated the sales price prior to my drive down there. Everything was exactly as he described it. The boat and motor (which they had tuned up prior to selling) run great. I as so impressed with their customer service, honesty, and Chris' knowledge of boats and motors that I took it back for installation of some electronics. Couldn't recommend these people higher. Well worth the drive.

Chris & April and their crew are the best of the best in the industry. They have worked on several boats for me; and dozens for my friends, including a full rebuild after a tornado's wrath. Rappa Boat Services is top of my speed dial list.
