Although they were running a bit behind schedule, the staff was present and continually checked in and apologized for the business. Unfortunately my boy was diagnosed with heartworms. The staff were educational and informative. They made me feel confident that we will get him completely fixed up.

I can't believe that you people are breathing the same air as me. I can't wait for you all to be sued never ever shopping nor dealing with Banfield or pet smart ever. Making a dog go through that and calling yourself a doctor is worst than the devil himself.

Glad I had my plan cancel in July. They won’t just simply add my trifexus to my plan monthly for my dog. All because they had him on 6 month puppy. It’s not that hard of a task. Biggest waste of money. I’ll have him on the plan for Fayetteville animal hospital. They actually care and aren’t in it for the profit.
