Banfield Pet Hospital

Very helpful. My cat was having major eye problems that needed to be taken care of elsewhere. They gave me recommendations and even called to make sure I could come in to have it taken care of that day. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a very sick cat that was adopted. He had ticks, ear mites, he was skin and bones. We went to a private vet, who diagnosed him with toxoplasmosis, and gave him loads of clindamycin. Poor thing started having lots of diarrhea from the drug side effects. We decide to change a vet. The new Vet at Banfield - Dr. Amelio, diagnosed our cat from a different perspective, and he was all better 5 days after the new treatment (some kind of deworm procedure). We finally saw him play for the first time. It was an emotional moment for my family!

I was very skeptical of using Banfield at first when I moved to the area. They have been great though! The staff is very helpful and the vets are great! The vets (my animals have been to all of the vets at this location) spend a lot of time with you and are also very helpful over the phone. They are quick to get you in for appointments if needed. They always tend to run a little behind your appointment time, but that is because the vets spend so much time with you. They are also affordable and the puppy wellness plan has saved us a lot of money. Overall I am very satisfied with both the staff and the vets at this location.

Been going here on and off for over a year and after today's visit, it's definitely off. Staff here is like a revolving door and we've never had the same vet twice. Today was my worst experience with "Dr" Girardi. First, she told me the cost of my dog's shot, which was like twentysomething dollars and I was like fine but then when I checked out, it somehow cost me seventy bucks. Apparently there's an extra charge for the "office visit." This isn't the first time that I've had issues with Banfield for lack of pricing transparency. Then she called my poor little fourteen pound dog "chunky." Okay she put on a couple pounds since last visit but, rude. Girardi needs a lesson in PR, so many other ways to discuss the issue. When I tried to explain my dog's schedule and eating habits, she hardly listened and just hurried us out of the room. There are many other vets in the area that are not as convenient to me but, I will be visiting them instead. In my experience, Banfield is a corporate mill that is only looking out for the bottom line. I will support my local small businesses instead .

This is literally the worst business I have ever worked with in my entire life. Corporate and this location are the biggest bunch of liars and cheats that I have ever met. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM BUSINESS. They will lie to you, blame their system and contractors for problems, and constantly change information. You will literally never know what you are paying for and what you can expect to get. The turnover is also atrocious so I can't imagine people enjoy working there either.
