Banfield Pet Hospital

Be aware that you can't get out of the Wellness Plan which does not cover flea and tick or heartworms or any procedures. this is a Corporation.... the employees are nice but the corporate ........ they work for are not. They will automatically roll over your Wellness Plan and charge your credit card. They will answer the phone within seconds to sign you up. But leave you on hold for 30 minutes so far... To write nasty reviews... you cannot cancel the plan in the store although they will be happy to sign you up.... nice of them to waste my day I have nothing better to do today. The privately owned vet I found give me an office visit, a procedure, and penicillin for less than I would pay with my Wellness Plan....

So far I love Banfield. The puppy program for vaccines is so affordable, and when our puppy had diarrhea, they did not have a appointment available until 2 days from now,. As a concerned pet owner, I asked what to do and Amber was very helpful telling me what medication/vaccines our dog got and was due for, and what to do to help with his upset tummy. Also, I called 15 minutes before closing and they were so sweet on the phone and didn’t rush me off. Thank you Banfield!!

Front desk while not rude werent friendly, and theh charge two separate office visit fees for pets even if seen at the same time. I.E. general, check up and shot updates.

Find another place to to your pets!!!! I have had the wellness plan for years with all my dogs. Wake forest is the third Banfield I have used due to moving. This one is by FAR the worst. I took my Beagle in to have a couple masses removed, First they took a small one and left the one that was the most concerning. today I drive over an hour to have the stitches removed and they forgot one of the incisions and left the stitches in after I specifically ask did they do both of them. The Banfield wellness program is great but I wont be back to the Wake Forest Banfield.

Outstanding care for our first visit to this location. Everyone was very patient and accomodating with our very stressed dog. We are on the monthly plan and this was a better visit than any of our other visits at our previous location.
