First visit here in Rocky Mount.   I’m a very thorough parent and our first visit with Dr Blalock was great.  Very impressed with her approach and understanding of all my questions.  Professional staff.   Megan was our tech and she was great.

I have been going to Banfield since I got my pup. They are always so helpful and actually care about my dogs needs. The nurses are always so sweet to him and the vets are always so gentle and patient since he is a nervous pup at times. I recommend this place to any pet owner! Plus the packages and prices are great and affordable!

I had an awsome expirience I brought in my pity bull and I had an awsome vet assistant who really made me feel like my dog was most important. Olivia gave him cookies and made him feel so comfortable in the room. The veterinarian was so sweet and really made me feel like they heard me and understood. Deffinatley coming here from now on

I took my pup here about 2 weeks ago when she was sick with Parvo they was able to give me an emergency appt and waive my appt fee so I could use that money to get her the most important meds that she need , well today my ROSIE is better and being a normal pup I really appreciate them for what they did to help me save my pup very caring !!!

I took both of my dog's there I feel that the staff is very rude because my dog had an ear infection she tried telling me that my dogs were not very well taken care of I'm sorry dogs get infections just like children do and I could tell something was wrong with my baby that's why I told him to a doctor along with his ear infection she wanted to do corrective surgery on his legs I've had my dogs for 3 years and we just moved here from Maryland we have never heard so many ridiculous things about our dogs then at Banfield Pet Hospital my female she wanted to do a reconstructive surgery on her private areas my female is only 6 months old and she has been going to the vet and Maryland from two weeks old when we found her
