Super attentive and caring at this emergency facility. I had to take my 18 year old cat there. After testing, it was determined she had kidney disease. Over two and a half days, they monitored and provided extensive car for her and nursed her back so she could return home and get some more time with her family. During this process, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, their bed side manner, and the frequently and thoroughness of the updates on my car. These folks know their stuff.

I can't speak highly enough of this hospital! Last week we rushed one of our dogs in after she ate some yarn. They were upfront about the need for emergency surgery and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding the procedure. Leaving a pet at the hospital for a major procedure isn't easy and they understood that. They told us to call as frequently as we like to check in on how things were going. We called about every three hours during her stay and each time we were able to speak with a vet and get a thorough update. They even let us come in the next day to visit with Pigpen! They never made us feel as if we were bothering them, this additional service made our entire experience a lot easier. We were never left in the dark. Thank you VSH!

I was with Kaden Richter at your Paragon Park Rd office in N Raleigh after midnight 5/19 with his little dog Odin. Your staff John and Dr DeSilvia were so kind and caring. Our fears and concerns were addressed and our pet was well cared for. Thank you so much.

I can't thank the staff enough for taking care of my beloved dog when she was diagnosed with cancer, during the battle, and at the end. Everyone made this difficult time as easy as possible. They took amazing care of Mia and me and I will forever be grateful.
