We traveled to the area for our sons to compete in a sporting competition and we were unable to find a hotel that allowed pets, so we arranged to board our 11 pound Havanese at Reidsville Veterinary Hospital. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of their service. Communicating with them was easy and always very friendly, and sending our pet's medical records to them was also very easy. They had everything entered before we arrived so check-in was a breeze. Most importantly, the staff was very caring towards our pet, asking great questions about her preferences, helping us understand what care she would receive, and spending some time with her and us together before we had to leave. The facility is impressive - very clean, spacious and odor free - and also very modern. It looks better than most human clinics! Rates were very reasonable, and there was a menu of extra services to select - we opted for a bath and additional play time beyond what they already provide. When we picked her up, she was happy to see us of course, but she also seemed like she'd had a great time - not straining to leave or shaking. Our family heartily recommends Reidsville Veterinary Hospital!

I love this place! I live about 30 mins away and most of the time go to a vet, much closer. But I have only been there twice, the first time my yorkie was pregnant and we wanted an ultrasound. The second time was more of an emergency and Dr. Carrol fixed my little baby in no time. It took less than 24 hours to correct the issue with the medicine the Dr. provided!

Just went to visit. Was given a tour of the hospital. Was very impressed! Every thing was very clean and animals were separated from boarding and patients. All the fur babies looked very well taken care of. Office staff very friendly.

I'm giving a 5 star review. I made a house call appointment for my furbaby Cuttie. Dr.Baltutis and her assistant Katelin were nothing short of amazing. They were very gentle and loving towards my baby girl and i. Cuttie got her wings today and she is at peace at the RAINBOW BRIDGE. I'm very pleased that things went well and my baby is no longer suffering. I truly appreciate all the things they did to make this experience the best for my baby Cuttie and i. Dr Baltutis and Katelin, are the best and truly appreciate and understand what the owners are going through. I was informed of each step that was going to take place. I'm truly greatful and so thankful for the outstanding service that was given today. Thank you all and God Bless.

Staff here ate very friendly and treat their patients with respect. Only issue I have are nights and weekends only have one doctor on call which leads to animals being directed to other vet offices.
