I’m here now. Staff are nice, as are most people during normal hours of the day. Our dog has an ear infection that is causing him pain. $224.00 which includes exam, ear cleaning, pain shot, and test—minus medications. That’s fair considering I didn’t need an appointment, it’s a 24/7 pet HOSPITAL, and not your standard vet office that closes at 6pm. If you have a credit card, you don’t need a payment plan.
I see all these negative reviews about how they’re profit motivated and don’t care about their patients...they’re a for-profit business with employees versed in treating animals, ready to serve, 24/7. This isn’t a government subsidized non-profit, so don’t get a pet if you’re not ready to pay these guys in your hour of need.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So caring, & so very very fair - when they could have charged us an arm & a leg for an emergency, they did NOT! THANK YOU!

Our dog was there for 2 days and during those 2 days we went to see her 3 times and each time we saw her they had just given her a bath... they said she just had a accident in the cage. Our dog is not "accident prone" what they are doing is leaving her in those cages and not taking them out to use the bathroom even though they tell you they take them out every hour.

This place does not even deserve 1 star I give it because of two ladies that works there.who were nice. People that work at the desk seriously does not need to work with the public. We took our beloved dog to them today they charged us 800.00 and sent our dog home. She still can not walk, she will not eat or drink. So she will suffer tonight until I get her to our vet tomorrow. Shame on this group... I hope you never get to the point you can't walk, eat or drink.

Very helpful with our dog who needed surgery on his leg. Dr. Cogar was very kind and explained things thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone who needs to take their pet to see a specialist.
