First, Everyone at this Vet's goes out of their way to make things good for our pets. Lacey and Natasha like the boarding staff, and seem glad to see them. We had only one problem , (at one time) and this was taken care of promptly. We have been going to this Vet ever since they opened, and are very satisfied with the service.

Recently switch over from Davis Lake Animal Hospital. The office is nice, and the entire staff are always friendly and helpful. The care they provide my dogs is amazing, you guys rock!

People at the front desk have zero personality and seems like it’s such a displeasure to be talking to you. Also their physical exams on dogs have a lot to be desired. However, I had a great experience with the vet who did my dogs surgery which turned out well. However, the customer service is just terrible. I called once to get advice on what to do with my dog because she’s extremely high anxiety and we were going on a big trip. I wanted to find out if they recommended medicating her or anything else that could help. Person that answered the phone was of no help and said they couldn’t help because she was overdue on a vaccine! I then asked if they could please help me with a solution or recommendation for this trip and they literally said “no.” and that was it. Needless to say I’ve taken my dog elsewhere and am relieved by the wonderful care and customer service I’ve received. They are much more thorough. I also don’t like how they take your animal “in the back” to do shots, take blood, etc. My new vet does it all in front of me where she is more comfortable.

This was my first visit here. My experience was just okay. Wasn’t great. Took my pet coz of a wound and also a general check up. Doctor didn’t check heartbeat, breathing, temperature or teeth and gum health. Never been to a vet that doesn’t check these basic things. Was disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the staff and the work performed. I recently took my two dogs in for their yearly physicals, as well as dental work for one of them. One of my dogs has anxiety and can be fearful, which becomes pretty intense when visiting any veterinary clinic. The first time we visited this office, they introduced us to "happy visits" and also took the time to educate us on various other methods to improve her association with veterinary clinics. The next couple of visits were for my other dog, but they made sure to give the one with anxiety plenty of attention (and treats). By the 4th visit, she's already improved SIGNIFICANTLY all thanks to the CARING and PATIENT staff at Harris Boulevard Veterinary Clinic. I was also very nervous about taking my other senior aged dog in for dental work (because of the anesthesia and needed tooth extraction), but once again Doctor Gold made all of my fears go away. This place is wonderful and has become a pleasant experience for both myself and my dogs. Definitely does not compare to other clinics that I have been to in the past.
