Banfield Pet Hospital

Great and friendly people. I like the monthly payment for what is pretty much pet insurance. Weekend hours are awesome.

Don't be Late....The wellness program is not worth it and has too many additional charges. Go support your local vet office. The care is just okay. We got our dog back from dental cleaning and lost a tooth which is normal sometimes (never happened before). Then we talked to another friend who said they had to remove 5 teeth to clean and she denied. I feel their dental cleaning is too rigorous on the dogs mouth and they look for anyway to make an extra dollar. it is a business

We have been going to Banfield for almost 10 years now and have always received great results. I think what people don't realize that this is not a "vet". This is more of a insurance plan to keep your pets healthy all their lives. We had one dog almost love to 19 years thanks to them and are next oldest 2 are 16 years each. We have 5 total now. This place is for parents of animals not owners. Most of the plans include a dental cleaning once a year and the plans do give a discount depending what tier you are. Oh, plus....the people are terrific. Everyone is.

I have been to several different Banfield Pet Hospitals in the area and this one is just ok to me. They have a few good vet techs and one decent doctor however I find the doctors and and overall staff better at other locations. Banfield as a company is tops in my book! This location however could use some improvements.

Any surgery Specialists only visits this location once a month this is extremely inconvenient when you're dealing with a sick animal
