I did not have a long wait time as most people have said was an issues in their reviews, although my appointment was on a Monday morning. The vet that examined my dog was so sweet and kind and she was so loving to my fur baby, the rest of the staff was exactly the same. They were very helpful and the prices were reasonable. The facility looked very clean and neat. I was nervous coming in because of some of the bad reviews but I am very pleased with my visit and will definitely be returning!

I have called you all 6 times over the past 2 weeks. My dog is COVERED in a rash and icthing like crazy because of her seasonal allergies. She comes in regularly for a shot. I get put on hold every single time I call you all and last time I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. Now, my dog is chewing off her foot pads, because they itch so badly. I pay you all every month and cannot afford emergency vet care. So, as soon as you finally let me schedule an appointment I plan on bringing my dog to you for the last time. Looking for a new vet hospital. This is unacceptable. I never get mad at these things but my dog is my life and because of your lack of service, she is in more pain. Hire more people, do what you need to do, just please don’t let this happen to anyone ever again.

I have been a customer of this Banfield for over 2 years. I have 4 sweet Chihuahuas and everyone there loves on them. We have had instances where I have to come in as an emergency and they see us right away. Dr. Gillikan even remembers them by name, especially Lucky. He had some tough medical issues ranging from pancreatitis, to glaucoma and cataracts. I'm pretty sure they saved Lucky when he had pancreatitis. My baby was in extremely poor shape. I'll be forever thankful to them and I'm happy to be their customer for as long as I live here.

FYI we will never use them again. My Moma has been using Banfield at PetSmart for yesrs. When her little dog was very sick she called to get her in and they could not work her in. She passed away. A local vet off oleander took her in and made her comfortable. Banfield should be ashamed of theirself. You are heartless.

During my visit at Banfield with my 5 month old puppy, Lucy, I had a very negative and traumatizing experience. I have a wellness plan set up with the pet hospital, so I would say this was probably Lucys 4th or 5th visit. I requested to have her nails trimmed, which we have done once before with Lucy at this Banfield. This time, rather than trimming her nails in the examination room like they have before, one of the vet techs put her on a leash and escorted my dog to a back room. I waited for Lucy in the examination room for almost 10 minutes and could hear her loudly yelping and crying from the other room . After the vet techs brought my puppy back into the room, they told me Lucy was trying to bite them and was very nervous. I thought this was strange because biting people is definitely not something in Lucys nature. I now realize Lucy acted this was because of how severely she was hurt. As I was walking out of Banfield, I carried Lucy out and noticed blood gushing all down my arm. Taking a closer look I could see it was coming from Lucys thumb nail, it was cut so short it was almost gone. I couldn't believe they would let a dog walk out like that unnoticed. I walked right back into the Pet Smart and asked for some help. Blood from my puppy was dripping all over the floor and onto my clothes. One of the vet techs put a little powder on the end of her nail before I left, and suggested us to hold her to make sure she doesn't walk on it for about an hour. After brining Lucy home, she was in so much pain she was unable to walk for the rest of the night. It was absolutely heartbreaking watching her lay in the same position crying for help when she couldn't even get up. I am beyond disappointed with the service Banfield has provided my dog and no longer feel it is a safe place to bring my pets. Even after paying 15 dollars for her nail trim on top of the 40$ a month I pay for the wellness plan, nobody seemed to concerned or was willing to compensate me for what had happened. I am paying for a professional to provide my puppy with services they should be trained in. Not for someone to hurt my dog
