Banfield Pet Hospital

Loved everyone that we saw today and at our last visit. They always take great care of our dog. Dr. Smith and Dr. O'Brien are both so good with animals. Our Lab is very scared of needles, but they took their time and made sure she was comfortable instead of just sticking her and scaring her.

When we had to put our Coco down the employees at Banfield Hospital were amazing! They took their time they let us take our time we had the room completely to ourself the window was covered we were allowed to take as much time as we needed. They also cleared the cashier area and door area in order for us to leave with our beloved cocoa and it was a very peaceful experience. Highly recommend Banfield Hospital for any of your pet needs they also have some good deals on some of their pet food also.

I felt like they really didn't care about what was going on with my dog. I came in when my dog got into something he shouldn't have and spent two hours in the waiting room by myself with no help. When they finally saw us, they just gave him a quick IV and charged $200+.

They wrongly diagnosed my cat with 3 months to live at most. They insisted to test him for the disease even though we were unsure about it because he didn't really have the symptoms. It turned out negative and we were told to just wait because in two weeks it'll be positive. We paid, left and took him to another place. Turns out he's fine. Still living and very healthy.

I loved my first visit at Banfield! The staff were caring and very nice.
