Bank of America

No problems for me. The wait was a bit long, but please understand that we are living in difficult times with the impact of Covid-19 and some other locations have been closed, shifting and increasing the client load to other sites.

My company is merchant with boa, but Since covid they eliminated merchant services, causing long wait times. I will say service is good when you finally get to the counter.

Cant give negative points or I would maybe like a carrot or a potato cause they grow underground . Nasty like a radish worst customer service skills If your business could leave the open market and crawl back to the ashes you started from no one would lose any sleep over it.

I met with Don here he helped me solve a huge problem I was having with pure experience knowledge I am grateful I really love bank of America best banking experience I've ever had I will continue to bank with you guys for the rest of my life amazing guys five stars two thumbs way up

I never write reviews but these guys deserve one. I’ve never worked so hard to try to work with a bank only to have them try to upsell and shaft me again and again. DONT waste your time or money with these people. They’re the worst. They’re incompetent. They’ll take your money and tell you that’s problem.
